Welcome To The Practice

Drs Chambers & Jadczak are based in Kilkeel Primary Care Centre. Dr Woods retired from the practice on 31 March 2009 and on 1 April. Dr Norbert Jadczak took over. We are delighted to have Dr Jadczak who is experienced as a family doctor. Dr Woods is still available as he works at the practice on a Tuesday morning and helps out covering holidays.

This practice building shared with two other GP practices (Dr Mercer and Drs Dillon and O'Kane) and the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. Trust services include school records, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hospital outpatients, podiatry, speech therapy, maternity and many more. The building is spacious, bright and airy with well-equipped consulting rooms, our own separate waiting area and our own office reception. We hope patients will feel comfortable when they spend time here with us.

The current general practitioners are Dr Rosemary Chambers and Dr Norbert Jadczak (Dr Graham Woods having retired in 2009 though still helping out on Tuesday mornings and providing holiday cover).

The practice area covers Kilkeel and extends to the surrounding areas of Annalong, Ballymartin, Cranfield, Killowen, Attical and Glasdrumman, as shown on the map page.

The practice is part of the NHS and works in conjunction with the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. The Trust employs district nurses and health visitors who work from within the health centre and who are assigned to each practice.
