Welcome to The Practice

Drs Woods and Chambers are now based in Kilkeel Primary Care Centre. This is a brand new state of the art building shared with two other GP practices (Dr Mercer and Drs Dillon and O'Kane) and Southern Health and Social Care Trust. Trust services include school records, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hospital outpatients, podiatry, speech therapy, maternity and many more. The new building is a vast improvement on the old one. It is spacious, bright and airy with new consulting rooms, our own separate waiting area and our own office reception. We hope patients will enjoy the new facility as much as ourselves!

The practice area covers Kilkeel and extends to the surrounding areas of Annalong, Ballymartin, Cranfield, Killowen, Attical and Glasdrumman, as shown on the map page.

The practice is part of the NHS and works in conjunction with Southern Health and Social Care Trust. The Trust employs district nurses and health visitors who work from within the health centre and who are assigned to each practice.
